Digital Delivery
What You Receive
Where offered, a Visara Digital Edition includes both EPUB + PDF in one purchase.
Available-Now Delivery
After successful payment for an available-now title, the secure download page is shown and the customer receives an email containing a secure access link. No digital file is released for an unsuccessful payment.
Digital Preorders
A direct digital preorder is charged when the order is placed. The EPUB + PDF download link is withheld until the stated release date and emailed when the title is released. The access window does not begin on the preorder date.
Access Window
Secure digital links remain active for 48 hours beginning when access is issued. Each purchased format may be downloaded once during that period.
Kindle Readers
Your EPUB works with Kindle. After purchase, use Amazon’s free Send to Kindle service to place the EPUB in your Kindle library.
Replacement Access
If a link expires, a download is interrupted, or legitimate replacement access is needed, contact contact@visarastudios.com with the Visara order number.

If you have a problem with a digital order, contact support. Visara will review the circumstances and applicable law when determining the appropriate resolution.
