Direct purchases offered on this website are sold by Visara Studios & Publishing LLC.
Prices
Prices displayed on the product page at the time an order is submitted control the transaction, subject to taxes or charges that may be required by law or clearly disclosed during checkout.
Payment
Payment processing is handled through the payment service identified at checkout. An order is not complete until payment is successfully confirmed.
Preorders
Direct website preorders are charged when the order is placed. Digital files are delivered on the stated release date. Paperback fulfillment begins on or after the stated release date. If a release date changes materially, Visara will communicate with affected customers using the email address supplied at checkout.
Digital Products
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use. They may not be redistributed, resold, publicly posted, or shared as substitute copies for another purchaser.
Print Orders
Print books may be produced and shipped by a printing and fulfillment partner on Visara’s behalf.
